The evening begins with a welcoming cocktail hour featuring a curated charcuterie display and your choice of a signature “Bonded 75” or classic highball crafted with Rittenhouse Rye Bottled-in-Bond.
Guests will then enjoy a thoughtfully designed four-course menu, each dish created to complement the structure and depth of our featured pours. Highlights include Crispy Salmon Skin with smoked salmon and dill jalapeño mousse, Smoked Braised Crispy Pork Belly with apple bourbon glaze, and Short Rib Kalbi showcasing rich, layered flavor. The experience concludes with a warm and indulgent Donut Bread Pudding.
